Title: Spectral patterns of transmission resonances and applications
Abstract: Transmission eigenfunctions occur when invisibility or transparency occurs in wave scattering. In this talk, I shall discuss our discovery on several spectral patterns of the transmission eigenfunctions, including the boundary concentration, local vanishing property and surface resonance. We shall also discuss the corresponding application to super-resolution imaging and artificial mirage.
