Preface

Shinshu Center for Mathematical Sciences is a virtual research center focusing on scientific activities on mathematical sciences taking place in the Shinshu area, including Shinshu University. Although the organization is virtual, the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Shinshu University, serves as a host organization for visitors.
